Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the material on record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the A.C.J.M. Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Criminal Case No.155 of 2023, State Vs. Sandeep Tiwari and others, arising out of Case Crime No.288 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 406 I.P.C. and 3, 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Manikpur, District Pratapgarh, expeditiously within stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2022. He further submits that ends of justice would be subserved if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned criminal case within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to decide aforementioned criminal case, with expedition, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
