It is not in dispute that the police report has also been filed in the present case before the court concerned on 09.06.2024 and cognizance is stated to have been taken on 26.06.2025. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case the petitioners have any grievance, they can move an appropriate application before the competent court, who shall deal with the matter, in accordance with law.
