The correction application has been moved for seeking correction in the order dated 07.11.2025, whereby, the applicant was enlarged on bail. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in paragraph-3 and 6 of the order Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023 be replaced by Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 5. Learned State counsel have no objection. 6. Accordingly, the correction application is allowed. 7. The order dated 07.11.2025 be corrected by inserting Section 108 of BNS, 2023 in place of Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. 8. This order be treated as part of the order dated 07.11.2025.
