1. Heard Shri Vikas Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shailja Shukla, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State.

2 of the documents, as such I.A. No.2 application for exemption from filing typed copy of annexures are not required to be heard.
3. Accordingly, I.A. No.2 application for exemption from filing typed copy of annexures is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
“(i)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned transfer order dated 26/12/2024 (Annexure P-1) relating to the petitioner in the interest of justice. (ii)Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been transferred vide Annexure P-1 dated 26/12/2024 from Nagar Panchayat Sargaon to Nagar Panchayat Gaurella, however he is having some personal difficulty as the mother of the petitioner is bed ridden and treatment is going on. He has annexed documents with this petition showing this fact and also some photograph. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made representation before respondent No.2, however representation has not been made before respondent No.1.
6. Learned State counsel do not oppose the argument advanced by
learned counsel for the petitioner.
7. As such, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondents alongwith the documents upon which he has relied before this Court and the concerned authorities are also directed to consider the same in a pragmatic manner. The representation be filed within a week and the same be decided within a further period of three weeks.
3 Till then, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order Annexure P-1 dated 26/12/2024 shall remain stayed.
8. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of.
