Addl. Chief Secy. Home Lko. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Puneet Kumar Tiwari,Virendra Yadav,Vishwakant Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mohd. Faiz Alam Khan,J. 1. Petition called out. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner when this case has been taken up for hearing, however, learned AGA is available for the State-respondents. 2. Learned AGA has placed before this Court written instructions submitted by the police station, Jankipuram, Lucknow. Along with the report, application given by detenue- Imran has also been enclosed wherein the detenue has stated that he went to his Sasural without informing anyone and has now returned to his home and no offence of any kind has been committed with him. The application so written by the detenue would further reveal that the detenue is living with his parents. The report so submitted by the police station Jankipuram, Lucknow is taken on record. 3. Since from the report, so submitted by the police station concerned, it is evident that the detenue has returned himself and he was not abducted by anyone, the instant habeas corpus petition appears to have lost its efficacy and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
