Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Shishir Jain, who appears on behalf of the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to make payment of total bill amount including security amount of Rs.40,76,777/- (Rupees Forty Lacs Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Seven only) which has been completed by the petitioner's firm in pursuance of the work orders, in the interest of justice." 3. The counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners had executed work allotted to the Firm and supplied the material for Ceiling and Fixing GL Clip in metal ceiling system at Government Medical College, Mainpuri Unit, Firozabad. However, despite several Representations being made to the Opposite party nos.2 and 3, the amount has not been released. The last such Representation made by the petitioners was on 27.08.2025 through registered post. A copy of the said Representation has been filed as Annexure 4 & 5 to the petition. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent no.3- The Project Manager, U.P.R.N.N. Ltd., Firozabad, to decide the Representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
