The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.38 of 2025 on the file of I Town Police Station, Ongole, for alleged offence under Section 351(2) of BNS Act. It is submitted that the police have already issued a notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS for the purpose of investigation of crime. It is submitted that even as per the complaint, the allegations cannot be made out which would attract Section 351(2) of BNS. 2 2. Considering the submission that the notice under Section 35(3) was already issued, the petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents along with his explanation to the notice issued by the police and the police shall consider all the relevant material submitted by the petitioner for the purpose of investigation of Crime No.38 of 2025. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 4.
