Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I). Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to decide the Case No.6450/2022 (Computerized Case No.T202214291006450) (State Vs. Bachchu) expeditiously, which is pending before Up Ziladhikari (S.D.M.) Sadar, District-Ghazipur." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no.3 and as such, a direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3S.D.M. Sadar, District Ghazipur, shall decide the Case No.6450/2022 (Computerized Case No.T202214291006450) (State Vs. Bachchu) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
