The present application has been filed seeking transfer of Civil Appeal No.39 of 2018 (Om Prakash Singh and another vs. Ram Kumar Singh and others), which is presently pending before the Additional District Judge, Court no.6, Bahraich to any other court at the adjacent district. 3. The contention is that the opposite parties are not arguing the matter, which is resulting in delay the proceedings. 4. The said contention cannot be a ground for transfer from one district to another. However, as the appeal is pending since 2018, the present application is disposed off with direction to decide the pending appeal with all expedition preferably within a period of four months.
