The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sundarpahari P.S. Case No.12 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.436 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a) & 26 of Arms Act. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner files supplementary affidavit. Keep the same in the record. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of country made pistol, one live cartridge and muscat of 99 cm long was recovered. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that out of 8 cases against the petitioner, 5 of the cases are of the year 2012, 1 of is 2017, 1 of is 2020 and 1 of is 2023 as is evident from para-4 of the supplementary affidavit. It is next submitted that in all the above cases, the petitioner has been on bail. It is next submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.03.2025 as is evident from para-16 of this bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Spl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Godda in connection with Sundarpahari P.S. Case No.12 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.436 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
