Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant affiliation/approval for the course of B.Pharm by considering the application of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022 vide Annexure-B; b. Further be pleased to, grant any other relief or reliefs that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent No.1 and learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner-society that, its application dated 26.07.2022 at Annexure-B submitted to the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15127 WP NO.5189 OF 2025 respondent-University has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner-society is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that, if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents 2 and 3 are hereby directed to its application dated 26.07.2022 at Annexure-B and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
