Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 109, 61(2), 326(f), 308(4), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 4. On 08.01.2025, rangdari was demanded by one Vikrant Jee, Area Commander of TSPC, which is a banned extremist Organization. 5. It was submitted that the rangdari was demanded from the informant, who runs crusher machine. It was further submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. It was also submitted that the names of petitioners have transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that the petitioner Sanjeet Kumar has also confessed his guilt. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
