(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Criminal Case No. 107 of 2025, in FIR No. 888 of 2024, under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3, 5, 11 of the Uttrakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is admitted by learned State counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 2 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
