The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0406 dated 01.12.2024 under Sections 9, 10, 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Israna, District Panipat. 2. Status report filed on behalf of respondent-State, is taken on record. A copy of the same has been supplied to counsel opposite. 3. Today, learned State counsel submitted that he has sought instructions from LASI Sudesh to state that after the arrest of the petitioner was stayed by this Court on 27.01.2025, the petitioner has already joined the investigation, has fully cooperated with the investigation process and is not required for custodial interrogation.
