The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115 (2), 117 (2), 109, 303 (2), 76, 333, 352 and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady aged about 59 years and allegations made in the F.I.R are not attributed to the petitioner. She submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the cases have been lodged on the same day. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit that allegations are heinous in nature. 5. Looking into F.I.R, it transpires that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the act which is said to be committed is upon all the accused persons and all are family members and petitioner is lady aged about 59 years, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Godda, in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
