Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for informant/respondent no.3 and learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 3. The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.11.2024, registered as Case Crime No.0356 of 2024, under Sections 69, 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Bakhira, District - Sant Kabir Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and respondent no.3 has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed by this Court. 5. Learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for quashing of FIR. 6. Impugned FIR dated 29.11.2024 is quashed. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed.
