Revision No.07 of 2025 Cr.MP No.2346 of 2025 in Cr. Revision No.75 of 2025 Applicant, Padma Nand, has filed the instant applications under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking extension of two months further time to comply with the orders dated 13.02.2025 [in Cr. Revision Nos.74 and 75 of 2025] and 10.01.2025 [in Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025], passed by this Court, whereby the substantive sentence was suspended, subject to petitioner depositing 25% [in Cr. Revision Nos.74 and 75 of 2025] and 30% [in Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025], of the balance compensation amount [cheque amount and compensation thereon], in addition to the amount already deposited; subject to furnishing a personal bond(s) to the tune of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand] with one surety of in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, within six weeks from today. 2. Based on the averments made in Para 3 of the applications, it is asserted that the petitioner is an old man and has an ailing wife, who suffered a heart-attack, due to which she was admitted in Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Shimla on 21.03.2025. 3. In view of the medical exigencies, leading to huge expenses, the petitioner could not comply with earlier orders passed by this Court. The averments made in the applications are supported by affidavits also. 4. Keeping in view the averments made in the applications, which are supported by affidavits and the fact that the grounds for seeking extension appear to be bona fide, the instant applications are allowed and the applicant-petitioner [Padma Nand], is directed to comply with the orders dated 13.02.2025 [in Cr. Revision Nos.74 and 75 of 2025] and 10.01.2025 [in Cr. Revision No.07 of 2025] on or before 31.08.2025. Applications stand disposed of. Cr.
