Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of subsequent developments that have taken place petitioners do not wish to press this writ petition any further. Accordingly, petitioners have filed aforesaid withdrawal application seeking dismissal of present writ petition as withdrawn. 3. Learned AGA representing State-respondents 1, 2 and the learned counsel representing first informant/respondent 3 have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioners. 4. In view of above this withdrawal application is accordingly, allowed.
