Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. He confirms that the petitioner's appeal is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein.
