Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, the accused-petitioners, namely Habijul Hoque and Shabidul Islam, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Gorchuk PS Case No. 194/2025 under Section 305(e)/317(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 7 of E.C. Act. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been in detention since 27.06.2025 and has already completed the statutory period of detention and it is informed that charge-sheet has not yet been submitted. Hence, the petitioner is entitled for default bail. 4. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- each with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M) subject to the following conditions- i) That the accused petitioners shall continue to appear before the learned trial Court on all dates to be fixed from time to time till the case is disposed of; ii) That the accused petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Police Officer or the Court. 5.
