Heard Sri Birendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The captioned writ petition has been filed challenging therein the order dated 07.09.2025 contained in annexure no.1 to the writ petition, whereby services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, has confined his prayer to the extent that this Court may direct the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a time frame fixed by this Court. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents does not have any objection if the aforesaid limited prayer is allowed in favour of the petitioner. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties and I find that the prayer made by the petitioner, for conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings within a fixed time frame, is innocuous in nature. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to respondents to conclude disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It is further provided that if the disciplinary proceedings are not concluded within a period of three months, it would remain open to the petitioner to approach this Court again against his suspension order.
