This petition has been filed to challenge the order dated 30.08.2025, through which the respondent no.7 was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer. 2. The Learned Standing Counsel states that an appeal against the said appointment order is prescribed under the Government Order dated 05.08.2019. The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal under Section 13(1) of the Essential Commodities (EC) Act, if so advised, in accordance with the law. 3. In view of above, this petition stands dismissed. 4. The order has been passed in presence of Shri Kapil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. 5.
