Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 20.09.2022, whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed for want of prosecution as well as, the order dated 13.06.2014, whereby an order was passed assessing the deficiency of stamp duty. 3. As, the order dated 20.09.2022 indicates that the revision was dismissed for want of prosecution and counsel for the petitioner undertakes to argue the revision on merits, the order dated 20.09.2022 is set-aside/quashed. 4. The matter is remanded to the revisional authority, to pass fresh order, after hearing the parties, in accordance with law. 5. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
