(Oral) While placing on record notification dated 16.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (Personnel) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Careful perusal of afore notification, which is taken on record, clearly reveals that on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, has been pleased to order the promotion of petitioner as Director, Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh, in the Level-31, of Pay Matrix (₹1,48,800-₹2,18,600) on regular basis, with immediate effect. 2 In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is closed.
