On receipt of the said representation, now enquiry is under progress after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 herein. Already this Court vide order dated 11.12.2024 restrained the respondents 3 to 5 to use the petitioner's construction material stocked at Adi Dravidar Boys Hostel, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, interim order passed by this Court is in force. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
