The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.10884 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Section 47(a) of Excise Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that 600 kgs. of Jawa Mahua and 60 liters of illegal liquor was recovered from mud constructed house. She submits that does not belongs to the petitioner and that house belongs to Kanhai Mandal and Sottam Mandal. She submits that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by some local persons. She further submits that the petitioner is a labourer and he earns 2025:JHHC:24664 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4626 of 2025 his livelihood by way of selling vegetables also. She submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.17 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there and the petitioner is the supplier of the liquor. 5. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.17 of the petition and it was pointed out that the petitioner is a labourer and also sometimes used to sell vegetables, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Complaint Case No.10884 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
