Page No.# 2/2 Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if he is arrayed as an accused in the said Charge-sheet, he may avail appropriate remedy before the concerned Court. In view of the above, the interim order passed by this Court on 29.07.2025 is extended for another 15 days from today to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy, if required.
