Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 and A4, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.95 of 2024 of Chinturu Police Station, East Godavari District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’). 3. The brief facts of the case are that this is a case of illegal possession and transportation of Ganja that occurred on 16.12.2024 at about 2.00 p.m., at opposite to Chinturu Police Station wherein the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chinturu Police Station during vehicle checking found A2 to A4 and arrested them while they were found in possession trying to transport 50 kgs of ganja on Ashok Leyland vehicle bearing No.TN-05-BV- 2234 and Passion Pro motorcycle from Chintagoppa Village, Sile»'u to Tamilnadu State illegally and then SI of Police seized 50 kgs of ganja packed in two plastic bags, Ashok Leyland vehicle bearing No.TN-05-BV-2234 and Passion Pro motor cycle, cash of Rs. 11,000/- and 2 touch pad mobiles from the possession of A2 to A4 while, A1, the supplier of ganja, was
