Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(2), 64, 81 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned J. M. 1st Class, Hazaribag. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady aged about 21 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned J.
