The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.13472 of 2021 at that stage.
Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 03.04.2021 and though charge has been framed but none of the charge sheet witnesses have been examined as yet. It has further been submitted that in the case instituted in Faridabad the petitioner has already been acquitted.
Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No.131 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall physically remain present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial.
