The grievance raised in the present petition was with regard to non registration of the application submitted by the petitioner before the court of Tehsildar Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar. 2. The learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction has submitted that the application of the petitioner has been duly registered as Case No. 2578 of 2025, on which next date is fixed for 24.10.2025. 3. In light of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance raised by the petitioner stands satisfied and no order is required to be passed. 4. Accordingly, in light of the instructions of learned Standing Counsel the petition is consigned to record.
