Considering the nature of the offence, the condition No.2 imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.2022 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall not intimidate the victim girl, and he shall not enter the street of the victim girl.
