CORAM: JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No. ORDER 07.07.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. 2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party to take immediate steps by registering the complaint as an FIR and to proceed with a fair and proper investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submitted the written instruction of the IIC, Brajrajnagar Police Station in the district of Jharsuguda wherein it is mentioned that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the Petitioner Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.287 of 2023 under Sections 454/380/419/420/467/34 IPC has been registered against the accused persons, namely, Prasanta Behera @ Tuna, Antaryami Behera @ Kalia and Reetarani @ Geetarani Behera and all of them have moved to this Court in ABLAPL Nos.541 of 2024 and 7686 of 2024. 4. In view of the above, there is material to suggest that the investigation is under progress. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pass any further direction. Needless to say that the FIR having been registered as back as in the year 2023, the investigation is supposed to be completed at the earliest possible period and Final Form be submitted, if any, within a period of one month , if there be no other legal impediment.
