Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that, the respondent has been paying the monthly maintenance as ordered by this Court without any default and only a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- towards arrears amount has to be paid by the respondent and the same will be paid within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.
