JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. The petitioner is before this Court with a prayer that the respondents consider her appointment in terms of a resolution taken by a general body meeting of the respondent No. 4 (Managing Committee of Sawlyngdoh Higher Secondary School, Mowkaiaw), and further for directions for action to be taken on the FIR dated 27-08-2024, filed by the petitioner alleging manipulation and tampering of the school records.
2. Mr. N.Syngkon, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that at this stage it will suffice that directions be issued that the 2025:MLHC:1058

complaints which had been preferred before the respondent No. 2 be looked into.
3. Mr. K.P.Bhattacharjee, learned GA appearing for the respondents, does not object to the prayer made by the writ petitioner.
4. It is seen from the materials that have been placed that the writ petitioner is yet to acquire any vested right to claim for appointment to the said post, and further, with regard to the inaction of the police authorities, the writ petitioner also has other remedies to resort to before approaching this Court. However, be that as it may, it is directed that the complaints dated 08-08-2024 and 03-09-2024, be looked into by the respondent No. 2 expeditiously.
5. As ordered, matter stands closed and disposed of.
