LPA No. 168 of 2026 In the judgment dated 19.10.2023, learned Single Judge has relied upon the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court passed in CWP No. 2108 of 2023, decided on 31.05.2023, titled as Bhagat Ram Vs. HRTC. It is not disputed that the aforesaid judgment, whereupon, reliance has been placed by the learned Single Judge has been reviewed by a Co-ordinate Bench and the said order stands recalled and thereafter, the matter is now pending consideration. The impugned judgment is also covered by the judgment in LPA No. 109 of 2024, titled as State of H.P. and Others Vs. Roshal Lal Khajuria and another alongwith connected matters, decided on 22.05.2025.
