Learned A.G.A. informs that description of parties is not properly made in the writ petition, specifically with regard to respondent no.4. Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with correct description of the parties. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
