A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioner is the decree holder in a money suit and has filed an Execution Petition for attaching the salary of the judgment debtor. The judgment debtor was set ex parte in the execution proceedings. To set aside the ex parte order, the judgment debtor has filed E.A.No.1 of 2024 and the same is pending. Now, the present Civil Revision Petition has been field seeking expeditious disposal of the execution proceedings. 3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the decree holder submits that he has no objection for allowing E.A.No.1 of 2024 and thereafter, there may be a direction to dispose of the execution proceedings. 4.
