Case No.54 of 2018, by which the learned Special Judge has accepted the final form submitted by the police. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initially SC/ST P.S. Case No.54 of 2018 was investigated in which the police submitted final form and the final form has been accepted but the Court below has not proceeded on the protest petition filed by the petitioner treating it to be a complaint. 3. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint in the Court below.
