The number of the civil revision application in the second paragraph of the said order shall be read as “CO 1080 of 2025”. Let this error be rectified and let this portion of the order form part of the order dated March 26, 2025. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned, the department concerned has not returned the certified copy. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the Department is directed to return the certified copy of the order impugned to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner by tomorrow on the condition that the same shall be replaced by a Photostat copy thereof.
