The preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Ravi Anand Agrawal that against such an order, an appeal lies under Section 27(2) of the Cooperative Societies Act which remedy has not been availed by the petitioner. 4. Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail this statutory alternative remedy for redressal of his grievance, in case so advised.
