(MD) No.13173 of 2024 filed by the third respondent herein, in accordance with the first respondent’s circular memo dated 23.01.2014. 2. Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the third respondent, notice to them is dispensed with. According to the petitioner, they are a private company, and they made an application dated 20.08.2025 seeking a new temporary LT service connection. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner’s application will be considered in accordance with law, subject to the outcome of the writ petition in W.P. (MD) No.13173 of 2024. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the application of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 shall be considered, and a final order shall be passed on its own merits after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, and subject to the result of W.P. (MD) No.13173 of 2024. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
