The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "A writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS be issued commanding the Opp. Parties specially the opp. Party No.2 to make entry of account of the petitioner bearing account No. 50790100035152 in place of account No. 50190100042709, being the Sanchalika of Fair price shop of village Panchayat Saidpur, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur which is allotted in the name of Bajrangbali Swayam Sahayata Samooh so that petitioner could lift the quota smoothly and runs the fair price shop without any interruption." 4. Considering the fact that the application has been filed, without going into the merits of the claim, the petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to make a fresh application to the Deputy Commissioner, who is the person authorised as per the Standing Counsel to take a decision. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law by the Deputy Commissioner, within a period four weeks.
