But in the affidavit, it has been mentioned. Without noticing the same, the above said order was passed. Now, to amend the cause title in the order copy, incorporating the name of Raja, this miscellaneous petition is filed. 3.Heard both sides. 4.In view of the above said, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
