The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 494, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, registered in connection with Naugachia (Mahila) P.S.Case No. 14 of 2014. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 3,000/- per month to his wife (O.P. No. 2), as maintenance allowance. He has also submitted that the petitioner has purchased a piece of land in Ghaziabad (U.P.) in the name of his wife (O.P. No.2). 4. Considering the facts and circumstances and in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11781 of 2025(4) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 view of the submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Naugachia (Mahila) P.S.
