The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not completed work awarded pursuant to the work order, dated 24.02.2014. He further submits that the petitioner was also duly informed about the shortcomings in the work completed, as a result of which the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2023 has not been considered. 3.
