Mazarbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is led by Mr. A. M. Boro, learned counsel in the writ petition and since he has some personal difficulty, the matter may be adjourned. 2. Mr. P. K. Bora, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department has produced communication dated 17.07.2025 written by the Direction of Elementary Education to him which indicates that the arrear salary amount of Rs.90,938/- has already been released by the office vide Budget allotment dated 19.03.2025 in terms of the sanction given by the Government on 11.03.2025. The arrear amount has been credited to the petitioner’s SBI account No. 11004371505 from the Treasury Officer concerned. 3. In view of the above position and having regard to the prayer made by the petitioner it only appears that the writ petition has become infructuous. Page No.# 3/3 4. In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. 5.
