Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Undi Police Station, West Godavari District wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet on 28.11.2022 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram vide C.C.(SR).No.8779 of 2021 and that the said charge sheet is yet to be numbered. 3. In view of the fact that after completion of investigation a charge sheet vide C.C.(SR).No.8779 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram and as the same is yet to be numbered, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
