02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. Assailing the impugned
order dated 16/06.05.2025 passed by the learned Ad hoc A.S.(FTSC), Puri in S.T. Case No.11/532 of 2024, the present revision has been filed.
3. In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Girish Kumar Suneja vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in (2017) 14 SCC 809, the revision is not maintainable.
4. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application under Section 528 of BNSS, if so advised.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision stands
disposed of.
6. In view of disposal of CRLREV, pending I.As., if any, also stand disposed of.
7. Certified copies, if any, be returned to the
learned counsel for the Petitioner on being substituted by authenticated copies.
