Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent states that, the petitioners have challenged both the orders and are pending with competent authority. 4. In this view of the matter, the petitions are disposed of requesting the authority to hear and decide the appeal expeditiously and in any case not later than four weeks from today. 5. Needless to add, if the orders are quashed and the grievance of the petitioners no longer survive, all consequential benefit shall ensue to the petitioners. 6. In case the petitioners are unsuccessful in their appeal, the petitioners shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 7. The petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms.
